Bedliner Update

Posted: May 27, 2015 in Uncategorized

Sorry for not posting lately.  All of this rain and damage hasnt allowed me to do much.  I received my TOFF cases and Qwikliner cases.  I will post photos soon.  I hope to spray this week if it will just stop raining!  On a Rhino Pro note,.  I hope they clear up some of the things I am concerned with and I can give a positive update.  I also contacted a Rhino Linings dealer.  Their response was interesting.  I covered up the names and identifying information for their sake.  But essentially, rhinolinings dealers arent real impressed with rhino proRP question to dealer

I found this on instagram this week! Thought I would share!  This is a local dealer that sprays rhino pro.  I called them this weekend to confirm after seeing this on instagram.  Not surprising!

Instagram User: Glenn Polk's promise of satisfaction is as thin as their bedliners.

I called 2 other bedliner cartridge systems: Qwikliner and TOFF.  Both of those have 6 cartridges per box.  I should be getting one of each next week to try and spray.

TOFF and Qwikliner have 6 cartridges per case and Rhino Pro has 4!  How is that the same quality.  I’m no math genius, but I’m pretty sure that is 1\3 less of the other major systems.

This is the vendor that started my comparisons.  Seems weird, but bedliners are all the rage.  I tried Rhino Pro after they sold me on spraying my truck.  It bubbled almost immediately.  It was corrected and a few weeks later, after the mobile truck as long gone, it bubbled again.   I called Rhino Linings in California to claim warranty and was politely told that they couldn’t warranty it because it was under a DIFFERENT COMPANY?!?!?!  So I did some Research on  “Rhino Pro”

A few calls later, I learned that it essential wasn’t a “real Rhino” despite this advertisement they gave me on my mirror.

Rhino Pro Mirror Tag. Too bad they are the Imposter.

Rhino Pro LLC

My shop bought a case via Meyer Distributing to make the comparisons

  • Rhino Pro, LLC requires me to register my warranty!!!!!
    • The card is only in the case that comes in the box.  The mobile guy who sprayed my truck never handed me this card and now I am not registered.
  • THE CARD HAS TO BE SENT IN WITHIN A TIME LIMIT, WHICH I MISSED, AND NOW IM NOT COVERED?!?!?!

Rhino Pro Warranty Card

Rhino Pro CS is telling me and probably others that they are a real Rhino, but I cant find any scrap of evidence to believe that.  Now I need a new bedliner AND to find a bedliner system for my shop that isn’t gonna hustle me or give me bad quality.
